~ Pintail Point Pool Guidelines ~

Guidelines specifically for Pintail Point Pool (According to the CDC), the virus that causes COVID-19 cannot be spread to people through the water in pools, hot tubs, spas, or water play areas. However, the opportunity for transmitting the virus does exist in surrounding areas. In addition to the above safe-practices, swimming pools should comply with the following additional guidelines to further minimize the potential for transmission and spread of COVID-19 in and around pools:

1. If you have been feeling ill, please avoid visiting the common areas
2. Person-to-person interaction and activities between members of separate households should be limited and social distancing of six feet between them should be practiced.
3. We ask that everyone avoid using shareable equipment.
4. Avoid moving the furniture around the pool and pool deck.
4. Routinely utilize soap and water while sharing the pool with our neighbors.

While these guidelines are voluntary, it is everyone’s responsibility to diligently follow them to re-open our pool and keep it open.
