~ Neighborhood Adult Christmas Party ~
                                                                                 
 
 
ALL Pintail Point/Lakeside Reserve ADULTS are invited to join us on Friday, December 13 at 6:30pm at our Pintail Point Community Clubhouse for our annual ADULT Christmas Party. 
Each neighbor is asked to bring an appetizer, side dish or desert to share.
The Social Committee will graciously be providing the Turkey & Ham again this year. Thank you!
***Note to residents: This event is always BYOB at each neighbor's individual discretion and not the responsibility of the Social Committee/HOA.

Welcome to the Pintail Point Homeowners Association website. This website is useful for current residents as well as potential future residents. While personal information requires password access, the general information about our neighborhood is available to all. 
Board meetings are open to all currents residents. In rare cases involving discussion confidential matter, non-board members may be asked to temporarily excuse themselves from the meeting until the matter can be resolved. After resolution of the confidential matter, residents would be invited back to the board meeting. Please feel free to join the board meetings. The board meets the third Thursday of the month at 6:30 pm at the clubhouse. If we have to reschedule, it will be posted on the website. We gladly welcome suggestions, resolutions and concerns regarding your neighborhood and this website.

~ Children's Polar Express Party ~
                                      
 
 
ALL ABOARD!!
All Pintail Point/Lakeside Reserve Children are invited to our Annual Polar Express Party Sunday, December 15 at 3:30pm at our Pintail Point Community  Club House.
We will watch the Polar Express movie, eat cookies, drink hot chocolate…Mrs. Claus will even make an appearance to read us a Christmas book.
Children are welcome to wear their favorite Holiday pajamas to this event.
**We ask that parents bring a wrapped book with their child’s name attached so that Santa can deliver to the children**

~ Volunteers Needed ~
                                                          
 
**THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED**
Please consider joining us for a neighborhood “work-day party” TBD. We are calling for at least 40 volunteers to assist in painting approx 125 posts on the docks to match the grey of the TREX walkways.
 We will be SERVING LUNCH to all our volunteers after work is completed. We would love to knock this out in a few hours. Please contact Todd Lewis at 803.513.2277 to RSVP.  WE NEED VOLUNTEERS to RSVP to avoid paying an outside company to complete the needed work.Thank you!!!

The Pintail Point neighborhood lights are maintained by MCEC and will have an easy to find serial number plate on the pole. Contact MCEC to report an outage at (803) 749-6444. Provide the serial number and address of light's location.
